摘要
分析了螺旋肋片管省煤器的防磨机理 ,并采用DSFD法对其结构进行了优化计算 ,可为省煤器的设计和改造提供参考。
In this paper, the reasons and laws of ecnomizer abrasion are discussed, and DSFD optimization method is used in construction calculation. The conclusion can be drawn that spiral-finned-tube economizer has great advantages over bare-tube ecnomizer in anti-abrasion and heat transfer. So it can give some constructive advice for economizer designing and calculating.
