摘要
本文介绍了共轨液压式电控喷油系统的工作原理及实验装置,并对该系统的燃油喷射特性进行了仿真和实验研究。实验验证了该系统的喷油喷射特性和工作可靠性。仿真和实验结果表明,共轨液压式电控喷油系统能对循环喷油量、喷射压力、喷油定时以及喷油速率实现柔性控制。
In this paper, the working principle and the experimental apparatus of Common Rail Hy- draulic Electronic Control Injection System(CRHECIS) are described. The injection performance of CRHECIS is emulated and experimented. The injection performance and working reliability are validated by the experiment. The results of emulation and experiment demonstrate that cyclic injection quantity, injection pressure, injection timing and injection rate can be flexibly controlled by CRHECIS.
