摘要
本文介绍了 D114柴油机连杆锻模用现有的加工设备(主要是普通机床)进行制造的工艺方案。该锻模模具采用新材料H13,在热处理淬硬后,用高精度石墨电极进行型腔的电加工,消除了热处理后的变形,从而保证了模具型腔的形状精度。
This article introduces manufacturing technological program of present process equipment (general machine tool mainly) which are applied to connecting rod forging die of D114 diesel en- gine. Adopting new material H13, after heat treatment hardening this forging die's cavity is electrochem- ical machined with high precision graphite electrode. In this case, deformation after heat treatment may be eliminated. Hereby shape precision of die's cavity has been guaranteed.
