摘要
介绍在煤的高温燃烧过程中同时消除氟化物和硫化物的方法 ,及对其的实验研究和理论机理的探讨。开发了几种以钙基废弃物为基本料的高温添加剂 ,在添加量 5 %下 ,达到 5 7%~ 75 %的除氟率和 31%~ 42 %的脱硫率 ,表明这种高温燃烧除氟脱硫技术简单实用 。
WT5”BZ]A technology of simultaneous fluorine/sulphur removal during coal combustion is presented in this paper.The experimental research and theoretical analysis were reported and discussed carefully.Several calcium based sorbents composed mainly of industrial waste material were developed.The efficiency of fluorine removal is about 57%~75% and the efficiency of sulphur removal is about 31%~42%,while the sorbent amounts to 5% of the coal.The results show that the technology is simple and practical,and the cost of the sorbent is very low.[WT5”HZ]
