摘要
采用气 -固两相流动数值模拟方法 ,分析了 1 0 0 0t/h直流锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀的原因 ,指出直流燃烧器前后墙矩形布置导致烟气贴壁 。
With the help of a numerical simulation method for gas solid dual phase flows an analysis was performed of the cause of high temperature corrosion in water wal l s of a tangentially fired 1000 t/h once through boiler. The main cause of such c orrosion has been identified as the rectangular layout of the burners at the fro nt and rear walls, which leads to the impingement of flue gases on the water wal ls. The lack of oxygen in the neighborhood of the wall surface due to an irratio nal air distribution has also been found to be a main culprit.
