Discussion on the Searching of Geological Literature and its Research Innovation

本文站在青年地质工作者的角度,针对部分青年地质工作者在地质学文献查阅与研究创新方面的薄弱状况,从地质学文献查找、文献阅读与文献记录三个方面提出具体建议,并结合实际,探讨了通过查阅地质文献作创新研究的方法。本文的目的在于提升青年地质工作者的地质文献查阅能力,期望引起广大地质工作者重视培养文献查阅能力。

From the view of youth geologist,we studied the weakness of some youth geologists in searching and reading geological literature and research innovation,and proposed some concrete suggestions based on searching,reading and noting geological literature.We discussed the methods of innovation by searching and reading geological literature combined with some examples.The purpose of the paper is to enhance the capability of youth geologist＇s searching and reading geological literature.
