摘要
指出人才培养是高等教育的基本职能,分析我国当前高校人才培养模式存在的问题,进一步给出人才培养模式改革的若干建议,如建立多样性招录标准、深化教育教学体系改革、严格实行"宽进严出"模式和积极实施就业创业教育等,最后提出人才培养模式改革必须坚持可持续发展思想。
This thesis indicated that talent training is the basic function of the higher education, and analyzed the problems of university training model. Finally it proposed a number of recommendations of the training model reform, such as the establishment of a diversity recruiting standards, the reform of educational system, and the application of "strict exit" model and actively implement of employment and entrepreneurship education. It also put forward the training model reform must adhere to the idea of the sustainable development.
