摘要
采用粘稠塑性加工法制备了直径为200μm的锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电纤维,并通过排列-浇注法获得纤维体积分数为50%的1-3型压电复合材料。研究烧结温度对压电纤维的物相和显微结构的影响,并对1-3型压电复合材料及单根压电纤维的结构与性能进行表征。研究结果表明:1250℃烧结条件下获得的压电纤维直径约为160μm,且晶粒大小较均匀,约为2~5μm,压电系数d33为573pC?N?1,1-3型压电复合材料的d33为382 pC?N?1,厚度模式机电耦合系数kt为0.58,径向模式机电耦合系数kp为0.30。
PZT (lead zirconate titanate) green fibers with diameter of 200 μm and 1-3 type piezo-composite which contains about 50 percent ceramic phase were prepared by viscous polymer processing and arranging PZT fibers and casting epoxy resin, respectively. The effect of sintering temperature on fibers’ phase and microstructure were analyzed. The properties of 1-3 type piezo-composites were also characterized .The results show that the fibers sintered at 1 250℃have homogeneous grain size about 2~5μm, diameter about 160μm and piezoelectric constant of 573 pC?N?1. And the composite shows excellent piezoelectricity properties, which has high piezoelectric constant d33 of 382 pC?N?1, high thickness-mode electromechanical coupling factor kt of 0.58, low radial-mode electromechanical coupling factor kp of 0.30.
