摘要 通过凝胶注模成形制备出的Mo凝胶生坯经过干燥、脱脂以及烧结处理后,得到具有多孔结构的Mo骨架,分析烧结温度对Mo骨架孔隙率及微观结构的影响。通过对Mo骨架进行渗铜处理得到Mo-Cu烧结体,通过能谱分析仪分析熔渗温度对Mo-Cu烧结体中Cu含量的影响;运用XRD、SEM对Mo-Cu烧结体进行性能表征,并测试其热膨胀系数。结果表明,凝胶注模成形的Mo生坯经过烧结后具有较好的孔隙结构;Mo骨架渗铜处理后的Mo-Cu烧结体具有Mo与Cu两相独立存在的且由Cu包覆Mo的结构,熔渗温度为1 400℃时,其膨胀系数(100℃)达6.357 65×10 6/℃。 Molybdenum green body was prepared by gelcasting. The green body was turned into porous Mo-skeleton after drying, degreasing and sintering. The effect of sintering temperature on porosity and microstructure of Mo-skeleton was investigated. Then the Mo-skeleton was processed by Cu- infiltrating for getting Mo-Cu body. The influence of infiltrating temperature on content of Cu in Mo-Cu body was analysised through EDS, the property of Mo-Cu sintering body was characterized by XRD and SEM. And the thermal expansivity of the body was measured. The results show that the molybdenum green body presents a good porous structure. The Mo-Cu sintering body prepared by Cu-infiltrating shows that the Mo and Cu exist separately with the structure of Cu coating Mo. The expansion coefficient of Mo-Cu sintering body is 6.357 65×10?6/℃at 100℃.
