摘要
研究了 2种移动电话对 12种离体的埋藏式心脏起搏器的影响 ,分别在空气和 0 .9g/L浓度的盐溶液内进行测试。结果在空气中 ,有 5种起搏器出现干扰 ,干扰率为 41.6 7%。干扰表现形式为正在发放的起搏脉冲被抑制和已被心电模拟信号发生器抑制了的起搏脉冲又出现。干扰多发生在铃响前后。数字机干扰大于模拟机。在 0 .9g/L盐溶液内未见干扰 ,从而提示手机天线发放的低频调制的射频脉冲可能是其干扰起搏器的一个重要因素。
In vivo,12 different models of pacemaker were interfered by two types of cellular phones in the air and 0.9 g/L saline solution.Results:Five models of the pacemakers were interfered in the air,the interference rate was 41.67%.Two types of interference were observed:inhibition of pulsing,pulsing again while inhibited by analog rhythm.The most interference occurred before and during the ringing.Both the digital and analog cellular phone can lead to interference,but the former predominated over the latter.No interference was seen in the saline solution.So it was suggested that the radio frequency carrier modulated by low frequency pulse radiated by a cellular phone may play an important role in interfering pacemaker.
