血浆心钠素和脑钠素在慢性心力衰竭患者中的水平改变意义分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血浆脑钠素和心钠素水平改变在心力衰竭患者中的临床意义。方法选择本院慢性心力衰竭患者共82例,作为观察组,心功能评分分级:入院时评定为Ⅱ级患者28例,评定为Ⅲ级患者42例,评定为Ⅳ级患者12例。同时选择健康体检者40例,作为对照组。测定两组血浆脑钠素和心钠素水平。结果观察组患者的心钠素和脑钠素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心功能Ⅳ级患者心钠素和脑钠素水平高于心功能Ⅲ级患者,心功能Ⅲ级患者心钠素和脑钠素水平高于心功能Ⅱ级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者的血浆心钠素和脑钠素水平升高,患者心功能越低下,其水平越高,了解二者水平改变有助于评估患者病情和预后。
