摘要
原发性胆囊癌由于缺乏早期特异性临床表现,肿瘤恶性程度高,致使早期诊断率低,发现时多处于进展期,预后差,防治效果不理想。对胆囊癌的病因及危险因素的研究有助于对人群,尤其是胆囊癌高危人群进行合理有效的预防及监控,同时,对于胆囊癌的早期诊断及治疗意义重大。本文对胆囊癌病因及危险因素的研究、现状及进展进行了综述。
The early diagnosis rate of gallbladder carcionma is low, due to lack of specific clinical man- ifestations, adding tumor malignant degree is high, most patient are in development stage when found, prognosis, prevention and control effect is not ideal. Study of etiology and risk factors of gallbladder carcionma could be useful to carry on the reasonable and effective prevention for crowd, especially for the gallbladder high-risk groups, meanwhile,is of great significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder carcionma. This paper reviews the research status and progress of the etiology and risk factors of gallbladder carcionma.
