摘要
探讨细胞外 Ca2 +对穴位区血管的作用 ,为进一步研究穴位的物质基础及穴位钙的作用提供资料。方法 :用不同浓度的钙离子溶液在体局部孵育大鼠胫前动脉 ,光镜下观测免疫组化染色的血管周降钙素基因相关肽、神经肽Y阳性神经纤维的密度改变。结果 :当细胞外 Ca2 +浓度为生理浓度的 10倍时 ,胫前动脉周降钙素基因相关肽、神经肽 Y阳性神经纤维的密度均有所下降 ,以降钙素基因相关肽阳性神经纤维表现最为显著。结论 :适度细胞外高钙可促进血管周神经释放降钙素基因相关肽等神经活性物质 。
Objective: To reveal the effect of extracellular Ca 2+ on vessels at Points, providing data for further studying the material base of Points and the effect of calcium at Points . Methods: The anterior tibial artery of rats were incubated locally with Ca 2+ solution of different concentration, and then stained by immunohistochemical method for studying the density variations of stained positive nerve fibers (CGRP, NPY) under light microscope. Results: After locally treated with Ca 2+ solution of high concentration (10 times higher than physiological concentration), the density of both studied positive perivascular nerve fibers was reduced, especially the CGRP positive nerve fibers. Conclusion: High concentration of Ca 2+ to a certain degree facilitates the perivascular nerve fibers releasing associated neurotransmitters, such as CGRP etc., so as to regulatee the function of the vessels.
