摘要
目的 :实验研究板蓝根凝集素对小鼠胸腺组织发育和胸腺细胞增殖的作用。方法 :用生物化方法提取板蓝板凝集素 ,以昆明种小鼠为观察对象 ,用 0 .0 54mg/ kg/ d剂量板蓝根凝集素灌胃 ,连续 30天 ,采用组织切片方法 ,光学显微镜检测胸腺皮质与髓质细胞 ,并进行生物学统计。结果 :与对照组比较 ,实验组小鼠胸 /体比值 P<0 .0 5,胸腺皮质与髓质胸腺细胞密度 P<0 .0 1,细胞直径 >0 .0 5。结论 :实验证明板蓝根凝集素对小鼠胸腺的发育和胸腺细胞的增殖可能具有促进作用 。
Objective: To study the effects of Baphicacanthus Cusia(Nees) Brem lectin on the thymus tissue development and thymocyte proliferation in mouse. Methods: The lectin was extracted from Baphicacanthus Cusia(Nees) Brem roots by biochemical method, then perfused the stomach (mice of Kunming breed) with 0.054 mg/kg/d lectin for 30 dyas. And the tissue section used to measure the cell diameter and to count the number of the thymus cortex and medulla under microscope. Results: Comopared with control, in experiment group the ratio of hymus/body weight(P<0.05) and the cells density of thymus cortex and medulla(P<0.01) were marked, but the ratio of cells diameter of the thymus(P>0.05) was unmarked. Conclusion: The lectin can accelerae the thymus tissue development and thymocyte division, it may have indirect effect on maintaining the thymus microemiroment.
