妊娠相关暴发性1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒并死胎1例 被引量：2

摘要 1临床资料 患者，女，28岁，因“停经24周，口干多饮、恶心呕吐5d，胎动消失1d”，于2013年1月15日凌晨3时入住我院急诊科。2013年1月10日患者出现低热，并觉明显的口干多饮，伴有频繁的恶心呕吐不适，无明显腹痛，立即当地医院住院治疗，当时查随机血糖高达38．66mmol／L，血钾6．93mmol／L，
