长效避孕针醋酸甲孕酮对骨质代谢的影响

摘要 本文探讨长效醋酸甲孕酮避孕针(DMPA)对中国妇女骨质代谢的影响。自愿使用150mg DMPA避孕者30人为实验组;采用阴茎套避孕者30人组成对照组。1a后测定两组血清雌二醇(E2)、血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、尿钙/肌酐(Ca/Cr)、尿羟脯氨酸/肌酐(Hyp/Cr)及非惯用臂桡尺骨超远端骨矿含量(BMC)、骨矿密度(BMD)。结果显示:两组血清雌二醇、血清碱性磷酸酶、尿钙/肌酐、尿羟脯氨酸/肌酐差异无显著性(P>0.05),两组臂桡尺骨超远端骨矿含量、骨矿密度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。这说明使用 DMPA 1a对中国妇女骨质代谢无影响。 To study the effect of depo-medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) on bone metabolism in Chinese women,sixty volunteers were divided into the experimental group (n=30)and the control group (n=30) randomly. The experimental group accepted 150 mg DMPA for contraception for 1 year. The control group women's husbands used condom for contraception for 1 year. Blood lev- els of E2 and AKP,urine levels of Ca/Cr and Hyp/Cr were measured. BMC and BMD of ultradis- tal forearm were measured. The result shows that there was no significant differences of blood levels of E2 and AKP, urine levels of Ca/Cr and Hyp/Cr(P>0. 05) between these two groups Neither of the BMC and BMD of ultradistal forearm(P>0. 05). We conclude that there was no effect on bone metabolism after using DMPA for 1 year.
