复方甘草酸苷联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效性和安全性系统评价

Compound Glycyrrhizic Acid Glycosides Combine with Cetirizine for Chronic Urticaria: A Systematic Review of Efficacy and Safety

目的系统评价复方甘草酸苷联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床有效性和安全性。方法通过电子检索CBMdisc(1978-2013年)、CNKI(1979-2013年)、VIP(1989-2013年)、万方(1998-2013年)以及手工检索,收集相关随机对照试验,按照Cochrane Review Handbook 5.0进行质量评估。结果纳入24篇RCT,共2 509例患者,Meta分析显示,两组治愈率在1,2,3,4,6周时测量差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000 2,P<0.000 1,P=0.03,P<0.000 01,P=0.000 3)。试验组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总不良反应率3.8%,对照组为10.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合西替利嗪可以改善慢性荨麻疹的症状和体征,且不良反应较低。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizic acid glycosides combine with cetiri- zinc for the treatment of chronic urticaria with systematic review. Methods Randomized controlled trials （RCTs） involving acupuncture versus western medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria were identified from CBMdisc（from 1978 to 2009）, VIP（from 1989 to 2013）, WANFANG database（from 1998 to 2013）, CNKI（ from 1979 to 2013 ）. Data were extracted and evaluated by two reviewers independently with a special- ly designed extraction form. The Cochrane Col]aboration＇s RevMan 5.0.20 software was used for data analy- ses. Results A total of 24 trials involving 2 509 patients were included. Meta-analyses showed that the cure rate according with the measure of 1,2,3,4,6w in the test group was different when compared with control group. The recurrence rate of test group was lower than that in control group. The adverse reaction rate in test group was 3.8%, and significant difference than control group （ 10.4% ）. Conclusion Compound glycyr- rhizic acid glycosides in combination with cetirizine could more significantly improve the signs and symptoms of chronic urticaria, and lead to less adverse reactions.
