摘要 目的探讨解脲脲原体在动物模型体内形成生物膜的能力和规律。方法构建雌性BALB/c小鼠下生殖道解脲脲原体标准株血清4型(UU4)感染动物模型,分别于UU4接种后8h,24h,48h,72h,6d,10d,14d,21d不同时间点取材小鼠宫颈组织,送检扫描电子显微镜(SEM)。结果 SEM下感染组UU4接种后8h,24h小鼠宫颈组织黏膜上可见大量菌体黏附性生长;接种后48h,72h可见包绕细菌的胞外基质分泌且互相黏连形成巢状、蜂窝状微菌落结构;接种后6d,10d可见大量丝状、网状的胞外基质形成,厚层、致密的生物膜结构形成;接种后14d,21d可见不同程度的生物膜裂解与脱落。结论解脲脲原体标准株血清4型(UU4)能够直接在BALB/c小鼠宫颈组织黏膜上形成生物膜。 Objective To study the biofilm formation ability of Ureaplasma urealyticum in the lower genital tract of fe- male BALB/c mice, as well as the kinetics. Methods The BALA/c routine model of female lower genital tract was established with Ureaplasma urealyticum serovar 4. The cervical tissues were collected at 8h, 24h, 48h, 72h, 6d, 10d, 14d and 21d post-inoculation, and processed for scanning electron microscope analy- sis. Results Vast bacteria adhering to the cervical mucosa was observed by SEM at 8h, 24h after inocula- tion. A small am~,unt of nests and mushroom-like extracellular matrix material surrounding the bacteria were shown by 48h and 72h post-inoculation; By 6d and 10d, a great deal of filiform and nets-like extracellular matrix accumulation were evident, and thick and dense biofilms were formed. Biofilms disassembly and de- tachment were revealed through SEM at 14d and 21d after inoculation. Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum serovar 4 forms biofilms on the cervical mucosa of the female BALB/c mice.
