类脂质渐进性坏死1例

摘要 1临床资料女．58岁。双小腿反复红斑、结节3年。3年前小腿胫前出现红斑，略瘙痒，以后逐渐发展形成红色、黄褐色斑、结节，部分表面形成凹陷性萎缩，无触痛，持续不退，且反复发生新疹。
