红、蓝光联合5%过氧化苯甲酰凝胶治疗寻常痤疮50例临床观察

Curative Effect Observation of 50 Cases Acne Vulgaris Treated by Red and Blue Light Combined with 5% Benzoyl Peroxide Gel

目的评价红、蓝光交替照射联合外用5%过氧化苯甲酰凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法 150例轻中度寻常痤疮患者随机分为3组,治疗组予红、蓝光交替照射联合外用5%过氧化苯甲酰凝胶;对照1组予红、蓝光交替照射;对照2组予外用5%过氧化苯甲酰凝胶,3组均隔日1次,疗程8周。结果治疗4周和8周后,治疗组的有效率(50.00%和80.00%)高于对照1组(30.00%和54.00%)和对照2组(30.00%和44.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);但是对照1组和对照2组的有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组的不良反应有红斑、干燥、脱屑及灼热。结论红、蓝光交替照射联合外用5%过氧化苯甲酰凝胶对轻、中度寻常痤疮的疗效显著,而且见效快、病程短,不良反应轻微。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of red and blue light combined with topical 5% benzoyl peroxide gel（referred to as BPO） in treatment of mild to moderate ache vulgaris. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with mile to moderate of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups, the treatment group were treated with red and blue light combined with topical BPO. The control group 1 were treated with red and blue light ; The control group 2 were treated with topical BPO. Three groups were treated every other day for 8 weeks. Results After four weeks and eight weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group （50.00% and 80.00% ） was higher than the effective rates of control group 1 （30.00% and 54.00% ）and the control group 2 （30.00% and 44.00% ）, comparison among the three groups were significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate were＇t different between the control group 1 and control group 2 （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The side effect of the three groups were erythema, dryness, desquamation and burning. Conclusion Red and blue light combined with topical BPO is an effective therapy for mild to moderate acne vulgaris with rapid response, short duration and little adverse reactions.
