以ICF为框架解析脑瘫儿童作业疗法新进展 被引量：6

摘要 脑性瘫痪（简称脑瘫）是严重危害儿童身心健康的发育性神经系统残疾，临床表现为永久性运动和姿势异常，引起活动受限，常伴随感觉、知觉、认知、交流、行为、癫痫以及继发性肌肉骨骼障碍。脑瘫患儿上肢常常受累，表现为主动使用频率下降、活动和参与受限以及日常生活活动（activities of daily living，ADL）能力降低。
