摘要
目的:通过螺旋CT与全口曲面断层对上颌骨内埋伏牙的唇腭向定位对比,探讨螺旋CT在上颌骨内埋伏牙的唇腭向判定的临床应用价值。方法:对46例埋伏牙的患者于术前采用全口曲面断层及螺旋CT扫描,由放射科医生分别读片,并对埋伏牙的数目及唇腭向位置进行判读,结合临床结果,对比螺旋CT与全口曲面断层对上颌骨内埋伏牙唇腭向定位的准确性。结果:螺旋CT对上颌骨内埋伏牙的唇腭向判定准确率为100%,显著优于全口曲面断层(P<0.05)。结论:螺旋CT能对颌骨内埋伏牙的唇、腭向准确定位。
AIM: To study the clinical value of spiral CT in localizing impacted teeth in maxilla. METH- ODS: 46 cases of impacted teeth in maxilla were examined with spiral CT and panoramic tomography (PTG) respec- tively. Imaging data were analyzed for labial and palatal localization of the impacted teeth, and then all the image data were compared with the intra-operative data of the impacted teeth. RESULTS : Imaging data of spiral CT demonstrated better labial and palatal localization of the impacted teeth than panoramic tomography (P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION : Spiral CT provides reliable and accurate information for the intraosseous location of impacted teeth in maxilla.
