摘要
肝移植术后急性激素拮抗性排斥反应（ASRR）的特点是患者对传统大剂量激素治疗反应差。目前认为抗体介导的排斥反应是发生ASRR的原因之一。报道显示多种抗排斥药物对其治疗有效，但目前尚无规范的治疗方案。本文系统回顾分析了ASRR的高危因素、发生机制、诊断标准和治疗策略。
The main feature of acute steroid-resistant rejection （ASRR） after liver transplantation is a lack of re- sponse to steroids. Although some effective immunosuppres- sants are available, there is no uniform treatment presently available. This paper will focus on exploring the mechanism of ASRR and formulating individually approached strategies.
