前牙美容修复不同比色法满意度的研究

摘要 目的:分析电脑比色与视觉比色患者的满意度,探讨两种比色方法的准确性和可靠性。方法:选取个别前牙美容修复患者100例,按照性别、症状分组,修复前分别采用视觉法和电脑法两种比色法,修复后由患者本人评价满意度,统一采用电脑比色法比色,验证修复前后颜色是否一致。综合获得的数据,分析不同性别、不同症状对美学修复评估的影响,以及两种比色方法的可靠性差别。结果:患者的满意度与性别、症状无显著关系,但与采用的比色法有明显相关性(P<0.05)。电脑比色法修复前后一致性与视觉比色法相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用准确的比色方法能提高牙齿美容的成功率。不同性别、症状等个体差异对患者对美学修复结果的评价没有显著影响。运用电脑比色法修复前后比色结果一致性高,电脑比色法比色结果更加稳定可靠。 Objective: To analyse the satisfaction degree of patient both color matched by eye and by computer, and investigate the accuracy and reliability of these two color-matched methods. Methods: 100 patients requiring single anterior tooth restoration were treated in clinic with all-ceramic crown. The patients organized by means of gender, symptom, and color-matched methods. We assess the satisfaction degree of patients after treatment, study the effect of gender, symptom, or color--matched methods to the satisfaction degree of patient. Results: The satis- faction degree of patient is not related to both gender and symptom significantly. The satisfaction degree of patient is related to the color--matched method significantly (P〈0.05). The consistency of computer color--matched method is different from the eye color--matched method significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Using accurate color-- matched method could increase the success rate of the tooth esthetic restoration therepy. Different gender or symptom does not affect the evaluation about the dental esthetic restoration therepy statistically. The means of computer color-- matched is more stable and reliable.
