摘要 目的:本研究描述并探索CERECⅢ修复体制作系统的细节与操作,对临床上难以常规全冠修复的后牙残冠进行高嵌体修复,评价和分析其临床修复效果。方法:本研究使用CEREC Blocs系列瓷块共制作修复体37颗,根据咬合主功能区分布情况使用软件对咬合分布进行调整,修复体使用Relyx Unicem树脂粘接系统粘接,半年后参照改良型USPHS标准对修复体进行临床评价。结果:在全部37颗修复体中除颜色匹配性外,所有USPHS标准均达到89%,患者满意度总体在90%以上,仅有1例因余留牙体折裂造成失败。结论:通过临床医生合理的选择,CERECⅢ系统可以很好的使用全瓷修复体对临床残冠进行高质量的保存治疗,获得良好的临床修复效果。 Objective: To describe the clinical application of Cerec Ⅲ methods and examine the performance of CerecⅢ onlays in term of quality over a function period. Methods: 37 onlays were fabricated using CerecⅢ method and ceramic blocks. A composite resin (Relyx Unicem) was used for adhesive restorations. After every six months, the clinical performance of restorations evaluated by two clinicians using modified USPHS criteria. Results: According to Kaplan--meier analysis, the success rate of Cerec Ⅲ onlays was 95% after 6-30 months function in oral. Only one case had been failed for residual tooth fracture. Conclusion: The Cerec Ⅲ have obvious advantage to residual crown for preservation treatment, under appropriately clinical considerations.
