组织工程牙髓再生的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 龋病是人类发病率最高的疾病之一,如果未得到有效的治疗,就会发展为牙髓病以及根尖周疾病。目前对于牙髓和根尖周疾病主要的治疗方法是根管治疗。尽管目前的根管充填材料具有良好的生物相容性,能有效的封闭根尖孔,但是依然无法替代有正常功能的牙髓组织,无法对牙齿起到滋养、修复等作用。因此较有正常牙髓的牙齿,经过根管治疗的患牙往往更容易缺损和折裂,易导致患者最终丧失患牙。
