基于目前煤矿建设生产安全形势比较严峻、安全事故多发的现状,在相关理论研究的基础上,具体分析了煤矿建设项目安全预警的一般管理模式及主要影响因素,构建了煤矿建设过程中不同类型安全事故的风险预警指标体系,并通过模糊综合评价方法,对指标体系进行了具体分析,提出了煤矿建设项目安全风险预警模型及预警流程。

Based on the current serious safety situation of mine construction and the multiple accidents, the article analyzed the general management model of the mine construction project safety warning and the main impact factors on the basis of the related theoretical study, built the risk warning indicator system of the different types of security incidents in the mine construction, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analyzed the index system in detailed, and proposed the safety risk early warning model and early warning processes of the mine construction projects.
