摘要
根据综采工作面回撤通道扇形带的构造,结合目前回撤支护技术,开发设计了适合回撤通道扇形带支护的特殊端头掩护支架。介绍了特殊端头掩护支架的结构、使用工艺及在工作面的布置方式。应用结果表明,端头掩护支架的使用,解决了回撤通道扇形带顶板特殊构造支护难度大的问题,提高了作业安全系数,降低了员工劳动强度,提高了回撤机械化作业效率。
According to the structure of fan-shaped area in withdrawing roadway of fully mechanized mining face, combining present withdrawing technology, the paper developed and de- signed the shield support with special end for fan shaped area supporting in withdrawing roadway. In the paper, the structure of the shield support with special end, its process and layout in face are introduced. The result shows that the application of the support has soived the problem of supporting difficulty in special structure of fan-shaped area in withdrawing roadway, improved the working safety coefficient, reduced the labor intensity of workers, and raised the efficiency of mechanized withdrawing working.
