右侧侧脑室非典型畸胎瘤样/横纹肌样瘤影像表现1例 被引量：1

摘要 病例女,8岁,因发作性头痛、呕吐20余天人院.患者病程中无发热,进食后常呕吐,睡眠减少,有欣快表现,长时间阅读后可见重影,行路不稳,轻度跛行步态.磁共振头部平扫加普通增强：右侧脑室内可见6.3 cm×6.8 cm×5.6 cm大小团块样异常信号,T1WI呈等、稍低信号,T2WI及压水压脂像呈稍高、低信号,增强扫描呈曲带状环形不均匀强化,右侧脑室后角、颞角扩张,脑室旁白质内可见斑片状稍长T1稍长T2异常信号,压水压脂像呈稍高信号,未见强化,左侧脑室受压变窄,中线结构向左侧移位.手术所见：取右侧侧脑室三角区入路,右侧脑室内可见肿瘤呈红褐色与灰红色混杂,质地软,可被吸引器吸走,血供极为丰富,与脑室壁无明显界限且粘连极重.
