摘要
目的探讨手术治疗脑转移瘤的价值。方法回顾性分析脑转移瘤90例患者的临床资料。70例(手术组)患者行全麻下开颅显微手术治疗,术后给予常规放疗或化疗;20例(非手术组)根据原发灶性质常规行放化疗治疗。结果手术组平均生存期(14.66±0.88)个月,长于非手术组的(5.30±0.92)个月(P<0.01)。结论脑转移瘤适合手术的病例应争取行肿转移瘤切除术,延长生存期。
Objective To explore the value of surgical treatment for metastatic encephaloma. Methods Data of 90 patients with metastatic encephaloma were analyzed retrospectively,of whom 70 cases（group A） underwent craniotomy microsurgery and conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy thereafter,and 20 cases （group B） were treated with conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy without surgery. Results The average survival time was longer in group A than that in group B[ （14. 66±0. 88） months vs. （5.30±0.92） months] （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion In the patients with metastatic encephaloma indicated for surgery, the metastatic tumor resection is worthy of performing to prolong the survival.
