摘要
目的探讨协作剧本演绎教学对护生临床沟通能力的影响。方法 5年制2009级2个班高职护生随机分成实验班(39名护生)和对照班(46名护生):实验班采用协作剧本演绎教学;对照班采用常规教学法。6个月后用《护生临床沟通能力测评量表》测量两组护生的临床沟通能力。结果实验班护生在建立和谐、确认患者问题、验证感受、敏锐倾听、信息传递和共同参与的评分均高于对照班(P<0.01)。结论协作剧本演绎教学能有效地改善高职护生的临床沟通能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of collaborative script deduction(CSD) on the ability of clinical communication of nursing students. Methods Two 2009 classes of 5-year high vocational school nursing students were assigned into two groups of A(39 students reached with CSD) and B(46 students reached with conventional teaching). The ability of clinical communication of nursing students was evaluated with the measurement scale in the 6th month after teaching. Results The scores in the abilities of establishing a harmonious, confirming patientts guestions, verifying the feelings,listening to keenly, passing messages and participating jointly were higher in group A than those in group B(P〈0. 01). Conclusion The teaching with CSD can effectively improve the ability of clinical communication of nursing students.
