网络诈骗犯罪及预防

近年来,随着互联网的普及和发展,社会面貌发生了重大的改变,互联网在给人们带来便捷和高效的同时,也给社会带来了不少问题,依托于网络的发展,社会经济、文化、政治生活正经历一场史无前例的变革,而形形色色的网络犯罪也给这场变革提出了全方位、不容忽视的挑战。本文主要从网络诈骗入手,通过对网络诈骗犯罪概念的界定,探究网络诈骗犯罪的特点,并分析利用计算机进行网络诈骗犯罪的方式、原因和危害,同时从不同侧面论述提出预防计算机犯罪的措施。

In recent years, with the popularization and development of Internet, great changes have taken place in the social appearance, when the Internet brings convenience and efficiency to people at the same time, also has brought many problems, development is dependent on the network, cultural, political life is experiencing a there was no parallel in history. The change of every hue, while the network crime is to this change presents a full range, the challenge can not be ignored. This paper mainly from the Internet fraud to start, through the definition of the concept of crime of fraud on the network, characteristics＇ of network fraud, and analysis of Internet fraud crime by using computer, reason and harm, at the same time, this paper puts forward the prevention from different aspects of computer crime and the measures.
