摘要
目的比较分析川木香煨制前后主要药效成分木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯在大鼠在体十二指肠、空肠、回肠的吸收动力学差异。方法建立大鼠原位十二指肠、空肠、回肠吸收灌注模型,利用HPLC-UV法测定木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯和酚红的量,获取川木香煨制前后主要药效成分在小肠不同肠段的吸收动力学参数。结果川木香煨制前后,其主要药效成分木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯在小肠各个肠段(十二指肠、空肠、回肠)的吸收没有显著性的差异;此外,十二指肠段是川木香生品和煨品在小肠部位的最佳吸收肠段。结论川木香是否煨制与小肠吸收无关。
AIM To analyze the difference of the main effective components of costunolide and dehydrocos be- tween the crude and the processed Vladimiriae Radix in absorption kinetics in rat' s duodenum, jejunum, ileum. METHODS Rat' s model for in situ perfusion was established to measure the parameters of absorption kinetics in intertinal segements by HPLC-UV. RESULTS The absorption of costunolide and dehydrocos in the crude and processed samples had no statistical different intestinal segments. Moreover, duodenum was the best part for cost- unolide and dehydrocos absorption in small intestine. CONCLUSION The reason that processed of crude Vad- imiriae Radix may not be related to the intestine absorption.
