摘要 中空纤维是医用高分子材料制成的一种膜管状细纤维 ,纤维内外可通过膜进行物质交换 ,可模拟微血管的某种功能 ,配合各种生物学和医学技术 ,具有广阔的应用前景。近年来中空纤维以其优越的性能以及仿生学特点 ,广泛应用于医疗卫生领域 ,尤其是由中空纤维制成的人工器官发展迅速。本文主要介绍中空纤维在人工肾、人工肝、人工肺。 Hollow fibers are a kind of tubular thin fibers,which are made from biomedical polymer materials.Substance can be exchanged between intrafiber and extrafiber of hollow fibers through their membranes,which can simulate some fuction of micrangium.Hollow fibers cooperating with various biology and medicine technologies,their perspective of application is very broad.Recently hollow fibers are widely used in medical and healthy fields because of their excellent property and bionic characteristic.Especially there is a rapid development in aritificial organs swhich are made of hollow fibers.This paper focuses on introduction of hollow fiber application in artificial organs such as artificial kidneyd、liver、lung and pancreas and their up to date achievements.
