幼儿园教师课程决策的价值困境及其应对策略

课程权力的下放与园本课程的开发产生了幼儿园班级水平的课程决策问题。当前我国幼儿园教师的课程决策经常面临市场取向或发展取向、文化精英主义或尊重多元文化、知识本位或生活取向的两难选择。幼儿园课程领导不足,亲师价值取向存在冲突,教师缺乏课程价值能力,都是教师课程决策陷于价值困境的现实原因。为帮助教师走出课程决策的价值困境,有必要加强园长的课程领导,形成亲师之间的价值共识,提高教师的课程价值能力,包括提高教师的专业意识、课程价值的排序、平衡与整合能力等。

Curriculum decentralization and the development of kindergarten-based curriculum make problems of curriculum decision in kindergarten class level. Pluralism and variability of value subjects and their value orientation make teachers＇ curriculum decision facing value conflicts. It＇s necessary to strengthen the principal＇s curriculum leadership and form value consensus between parents and teachers. Of course, the key point is to improve the teachers＇ abilities of curriculum value.
