摘要
在分析易开盖开启时受力的情况,以及易开盖对于不同包装物的工艺要求对拉环成形材料选择产生变化的基础上,设计出拉环的结构;选择有涂料的厚度为0.30 mm的5182-H19铝合金板材作为成形材料,设计成形工艺流程,指出成形过程的工艺难点。就成形过程及模具做了较详细介绍,并提出在铆钉区域压制一个深度为0.8 mm的凹盘以提高铆钉区域拉环强度。产品使用结果表明:该易开盖拉环成形材料选择及拉环结构设计、成形工艺设计是合理的,可供行业借鉴。
The structure of pull-rings was designed,5182-H19 aluminum alloy sheets with the thickness of 0.30ram were selected as the forming material,the forming process was decided, and the process difficulty was pointed out, by analyzing the opening force of the easy open end and different selection of forming materials according to the process requirements of different wrappage. The forming process and the dies are elaborated, in which a concave panel with the thickness of 0.8mm was stamped in the rivet region to improve the pull strength. The results show that the forming material selection, structure design, and the process design are reasonable, which can provide reference for the industry.
