摘要
为了确定茸鹿经济杂交后代的生长发育情况,试验对东北梅花鹿与天山马鹿3种形式经济杂交繁育而成的初生仔鹿及180日龄幼鹿体重、体尺指标进行测定,并与亲本日增重进行对比。结果表明:在亲本和杂交后代体重及体尺各项指标中,马×花F1代公鹿最高,花×马×花F2代母鹿最低,但随着杂种后代的生长发育,180日龄花×马×花F2代母鹿的体长、肩高、胸围、尾长、头长、额宽均高于花×马F1代母鹿。在经济杂交后代与亲本中,180日龄幼鹿日增重最快的为天山马鹿,东北梅花鹿日增重最慢。从生长发育上看,用天山马鹿(♂)改良东北梅花鹿(♀)最好,且以F1代效果最佳。
To determine the growth and development of economic - crossbreeding offspring of velvet deer, the body weights and sizes of the new- born fawn and 180 day - old fawn of the hybrids from Northeast Sika deer and Tianshan Wapiti using three forms of economic crossbreeding were measured, and were compared with the average daily gain of the their parents. The results showed that, in the body weight and body size inde- xes between the parents and offspring, the indexes of the F1 generation of Wapiti ~ s^ka for the stag was the highest, and the indexes of the F2 generation of sika ~ Wapiti ~ sika were the lowest, but with the growth and development of hybrid offspring, the F2 generation of 180 day - old sika ~ Wapiti ~ sika was higher than the F1 generation of sika ~ Wapiti in body length, shoulder height, chest cireumference, tail length, head length, and forehead width. In the economic hybrid progenies and their parents, 180 day- old Tianshan Wapiti is the fastest in average daily gain (ADG), and 180 day -old Northeast Sika deer is the slowest in ADG. From the point of view of the growth and development, the effect for improving Northeast Sika Deer ( ♀ ) with the Tianshan Wapiti ( ♂ ) is the best, and its F1 generation is the best.
