摘要
冲突话语在人际交际中在所难免。交际者在运用话语策略和应对冲突时体现了交际双方的思维活动和逻辑思辨的规律,冲突话语语用选择可体现交际中的人际化线索、交际者的话语认同和对人际冲突事件的认知。文章以商务谈判话语为语料,以福柯的"话语权"为理论基础,以冲突话语模式为切入点,探讨不同商务人际关系下的冲突话语位置、主体性质以及它们与话语权利和权力的关联,分析冲突的事件维度、实践维度和存在维度。论文从语篇分析的层面揭示出冲突话语中的人际化线索是人际话语学的理论框架构建的重要组成部分,是人际话语认同的平衡点。
Conflict interactions are inevitable in interpersonal communication. Interactants apply their intelligence and logic patterns to manage conflicts by using proper speeches, linguistic devices, which reflects proper interpersonalized clues, interactants' discourse identification and cognition of conflict resolution. Based on Foucault's(1980) theory of 'Discourse Power', this paper studies interpersonal discourse modes of conflict interactions, discourse power / right and their interconnections with the elements of the said discourse and their positions by using authentic business negotiation data; it also analyzes the event, praxis and existence dimensions from discoursal elements and finds that the interpersonalized clues, as the balancing factors, are essential for the theoretical construction of interpersonal communication discourse and interpersonalized discourse identification.
