中西医结合治疗与舒适护理对肠梗阻患者的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and Comfortable Nursing of Patients with Intestinal Obstruction

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗与舒适护理对肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的102例患者随机分为两组。对照组50例采用西医常规治疗和护理,治疗组52例采用中西医结合治疗和舒适护理。结果:治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为88.46%、98.08%,对照组治愈率和总有效率分别为72.00%、84.00%。组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组肠功能恢复时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理满意度比较,非常满意率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总满意率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗可加快粘连性肠梗阻患者胃肠功能的恢复;施以舒适护理,可提高患者护理满意度。

Objective ： To discuss the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and comfortable nursing on intestinal obstruction. Methods ：The up- to- standard 102 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases in the control group were treated by western medicine routine treatment and nursing, and 52 cases in the treatment group were treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and comfortable nursing. Results ： Cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were 88.46% ,98.08%. Cure rate and total effective rate in the control group were 72.00% ,84.00%. Between the two groups, the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Recovery time of bowel function in the treatment group was earlier than that of the control group ; and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction,very satisfaction difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the total satisfaction rate （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. In the two groups no obvious adverse reaction was fnund during treatment. Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can accelerate gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction. The comfortable nursing can improve the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing care.
