米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的护理分析

Clinical Observation of Guizhi Fuling Capsule with Mifepristone for Treatment of Uterine Fibroids and Nursing Analysis

目的:探讨米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果,并对护理干预措施进行分析与总结。方法:选择本院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料,其中,观察组40例患者采用米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊进行治疗,同时予以相应的护理措施,而对照组患者40例患者采用常规治疗措施,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组患者,而且观察组患者FSH、LH、E2、P等指标均较对照组患者出现了明显改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),此外,观察组患者不良反应发生率为12.5%,明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤具有较佳的效果,安全可靠,同时辅以相应的护理干预措施更有利于促进患者的预后,值得临床推广。

Objective ： To investigate clinical effects of mifepristone with Guizhi Fuling Capsule for treatment of uterine fibroids, and nursing interventions were analyzed and summarized. Methods ：80 patients with uterine fibroids were divided into two groups, including the observation group 40 cases with Guizhi Fuling Capsule with mifepristone treatment and the control group of 40 patients with mifepristone treatment. Results：After treatment, the overall effective rate of observation group was 100%, significantly higher than that of control group, and FSH, LH, E：, P and other indicators of the observation group were significantly improved than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significance （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. In addition, the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was 12.5% , significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Mifepristone with Guizhi Fuling Capsule for treatment of uterine fibroids has a better effect, supplemented by appropriate nursing interventions can ＇greatly promote prognosis, and it is worthy of promotion.
