中药合剂在老年湿疹患者皮肤护理中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Mixture in Skin Care in Elderly Patients with Eczema

目的:论中药合剂内服加外洗在老年湿疹患者皮肤护理中的应用。方法:将所收集的63例患者随机分为3组,每组21例,分别为对照组、实验1组、实验2组。对照组按日常皮肤清洁方法进行皮肤护理。实验1组日常皮肤护理并运用中药制剂中药熏洗疗法患处。实验2组在实验1组的基础上配合中药制剂口服。结果:实验1组、实验2组、对照组在湿疹消失时间上有显著性差异,实验1组优于对照组,实验2组优于实验1组,P<0.01,具有统计学意义。结论:中药合剂内服加外洗在长期卧床老年患者全身湿疹应用中可以提高患者皮肤护理质量,提高基础护理质量,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective ： This study observes the use of oral and external Chinese herbal mixture in nursing the elder patients with eczema. Methods：The collected 63 patients were randomly divided into control group, experimental group 1, and experimental group 2 ,each group had 21 patients. The control group used skin care according to the daily skin care methods. Experimental group 1 added traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy. Experiment group 2 added oral Chinese herbal mixture on the basis of the experimental group 1. Results ： Experiment group 1 ,group 2 and the control group had significant differences in eczema disappeared time. Experiment 1 group was better than the control group, and experiment group 2 was better than that of the experiment group 1 ,P 〈 0. 01. It had statistical significance. Conclusion：The use of oral and external Chinese herbal mixture in nursing the elder patients with eczema can improve the quality of patients＇ skin care and basic nursing, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
