中医证候规范和测量的多元统计学方法研究进展

Advances in Multivarialbe Statistical Method for Syndrome Measurement and Standardization of TCM

中医证及证候标准化、客观化和规范化是近30年来中医理论研究的热点和难点。证候学研究涉及到复杂科学,证本身具有"组学"特征,不是某一个微观指标所能表征。近年来由于多学科的介入,DME测量方法引入,以及高速运算的计算机和信息技术的发展,为解决中医证候的复杂性科学问题提供了可能。证候规范和测量涉及到多指标的量化测量和降维等多元统计学方法,高级统计方法引入深化了证候研究。文章系统回顾了聚类分析、探索性和证实性因子分析、结构方程模型、数据挖掘等统计学方法在中医证候学研究中的应用及其存在问题。

Standardization, objectification and criterion have been a hotspot and difficult question for syndrome of TCM in recent 30 years. Syndrome can not be displayed by anyone micromarker because it refers to complicated science and has a characteristic of omics. With the introduction to mutlimodality, D. M. E. and information and compute technology, it will offer potential methoth for solving this complicated question of syndrome. For standardization and measurement is related to method of statistical muhivariable analysis and dimension reduction, advanced statistics methods were applied to deepen study for syndrome. The article reviewed all kinds of statistical methods to be applied and analyzed possible problem.
