摘要
采用高效液相色谱、气相色谱和化学分析等方法对香菇胞壁多糖(Lwp)的纯度、分子量及基本结构进行研究。结果表明:Lwp分子量为245 742 u,单糖组成为葡萄糖和极少量的甘露糖;Lwp中1→4糖苷键残基比例为42.7%,1→6糖苷键残基比例为38.1%,1→3糖苷键残基比例为11.1%,1→2糖苷键残基比例为8.1%。
The molecular weight and structure of polysaccharide from Lentinus edodes cell wall (Lwp) were measured by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),gas chromatography (GC) and chemistry analysis in this study.The results showed that Lwp was composed of glucose with few mannose,and molecular weight of Lwp was 245 742 u.Furthemore,Lwp had 1→4 glucosidic bond (42.7%),1→6 glucosidic bond (38.1%),1→3 glucosidic bond (11.1%) and 1→2 glucosidic bond (8.1%).
