近些年来,中美两国知识产权领域的争端日趋激烈,美国对华"337调查"的一些新特点和新趋势值得我们关注。面对现状,我们要正确认识我国目前的知识产权困境是国家在经济发展过程中所必经的阶段,并采取有效措施去积极应对。中国政府和企业也需要在对过去经验教训进行分析总结的基础上,借鉴国内外反申诉的经验,针对美国政府和企业的知识产权保护策略,寻找有效的应对措施,以维护自己的利益。

Facing the present situation, we should recognize China＇s current intellectual property protection is necessary in the process of economic development , and should take effective measures with positive attitude to respond. The Chinese government and enterprises also need to stand on the basic of summing up the lessons of the past, draw lessons from home and abroad, according to the American government and enterprise intellectual property protection strategy, to find effective measures, in order to safeguard our own interests.
