核电站爆破阀阀体的铸造工艺

摘要 为研究爆破阀铸件的铸造工艺,分析了阀体的铸造技术难点,设计了冒口和冷铁及浇注系统,并结合数值模拟优化了工艺方案,确定了型砂工艺、熔炼浇注工艺、热处理和焊补处理等控制措施。实际生产结果表明,爆破阀阀体的化学成分、力学性能和无损检验结果,以及铸件的外观尺寸均达到技术指标要求,充分说明了所设计的铸造工艺是合理有效的。 To research the casting process of explosion valve, the casting technological difficulties for valve were analyzed. The riser, densener and gating system were designed, and the process program was optimized with numerical simulation. The control measures, such as molding sand process, melting and pouring process, heat treatment and repair welding, were determined. The practical production shows that the chemical composition, mechanical property, nondestructive testing results and external dimension of explosion valve body all reach to the technical requirements, which fully illustrates the designed casting process is reasonable and effective.
