高空带电操作平台旋转直流调速装置设计

摘要 设计了高空带电操作平台进行全方位旋转的直流调速装置,该装置以ARM处理器芯片LPC2468作为系统的硬件核心,并在芯片中成功移植了μC/OS-II多任务内核实时操作系统,系统产生一定占空比的PWM脉冲信号和方向控制信号,经隔离、放大控制操作平台的直流电机旋转速度。运用霍尔传感器采集速度信号,采用旋转转速反馈方式,引入PID闭环控制算法,消除系统产生的静态误差,用于高空带电操作平台全方位直流电机的旋转驱动。采用直流可调电源替代进行直流电压驱动电压波动试验,结果表明:ARM嵌入式装置和PID控制算法的应用大大提高了直流电机装置的控制精度、稳定性和可靠性,达到旋转直流电机的稳定运行,可满足高空带电操作平台全方位旋转驱动控制。 To designs a DC speed Eliminate system static error e for high-altitude live working rotating platform, with ARM processor chip LPC2468 as the core of the hardware, where/xC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system with Multitasking kernel was successfully trans- planted, which provides a certain duty ratio of PWM and the direction signal, After isolation & amplification, these signals can regulate the Dc motor operation of the platform, by using HS to gather signs of zhe Rotating Platform and rotary speed feedback and introducing closed-loop PID control algorithm to Eliminate system static for the DC motor drive. From the experimental by using zhe Adjustable DC power results, the application of ARM embedded device and the PID control algorithm performs well in improving the accuracy, stability and reliability of DC motor device and achieves stable operation, and can meet the requirements of high-altitude live working rotating platform.
