摘要
介绍了电磁阀的工作原理和分类,对电磁阀产品主要的优缺点及适用性进行了阐述,并对电磁阀在我国核电厂的应用情况以及应用前景进行了说明和分析。针对核级电磁阀的国产化情况,对某电磁阀有限责任公司取得核3级电磁阀民用核安全设备设计和制造许可证所制作模拟件的相关情况进行了详细的描述,重点介绍了模拟件的结构特点、工作原理、执行标准、主要工艺及工艺评定、技术指标、定试验等方面的内容,该模拟件对于核3级电磁阀具有较好的代表性。基于当前的情况,对核级电磁阀后续国产化的进展及前景进行了展望,并对各相关单位在全面推进电磁阀国产化过程中需发挥的作用提出了建议。
This paper introduces the working principle and classification of solenoid valve, the primary advantages and disadvantages and the applicability of its products, the description and analysis of the application status and its prospect of the nuclear power plant . For the localization of solenoid valve, Anshan Solenoid Valve co. ,Ltd has made mockup to apply for the design and manufacture of civil nuclear safety equipment license for designing and manufacturing the solenoid valves with nuclear safety class 3. This paper mainly describes the structural features, working principle, standards, Main technology and process evaluation, technical parameters, qualifi cation tests of the mocktip etc. This solenoid valve simulator is a good representative for solenoid valve with nuclear safety class 3. Based on the current situation, the localization of solenoid valve followup progress and foreground are prospected, and makes sugges tions to related institutes for how to act in promoting the localization of solenoid valve.
