当数控铣床、普通铣床、刨床、镗床和钻床等具有工作台的机床采用T形槽螺栓及压板装夹工件时,一般压板的一端压在工件上,另一端压在垫铁上。垫铁一般有平行垫铁、梯形垫铁和特殊压板3种形式。本文介绍了一种新型垫铁——液压垫铁,该垫铁已经获得国家实用新型专利。

All with table machine like CNC milling machine,milling machine,planer,boring machine and drilling ma-chine,when they using T type groove bolt and a pressing plate to clamp work-piece,usually one end of the plate is pressed on the workpiece,the other end is on the shim plate.Generally there are parallel,trapezoidal pad iron and special iron pad. This paper introduced a new type of shim plate which has obtained the national utility model patent.
