A Kind of Portable Helicopter Rotor Same Taper Tester

在详细分析国内外直升机旋翼同锥度检测现状的基础上,利用激光测距原理,采用无线通信方式,设计了一款手持式直升机旋翼同锥度检测仪,给出了系统结构框图和硬件连接图,编制了系统软件流程图。综合考虑直升机在地面系留、有地效悬停、无地效悬停和低速近距离前飞等状态的旋翼同锥度检测需求,对激光测距传感器的采样频率、采样精度和检测距离等指标进行了具体选型;同时,对上位机、下位机以及收发模块进行了选型。

Under the detailed analysis of the helicopter rotor same taper detection on the basic current situation at home and abroad,laser ranging principle,wireless communication mode was adopted to design a model of helicopter rotor same taper tester.The system block diagram and the hardwire commutation diagram system flow chart of software was compiled. Considering the helicopter hovering in ground mooring,having no effect,hover and low-speed forward flight and the close state of rotor with requirements for measuring taper,the sampling frequency,laser ranging sensor sampling precision and detection distance performance indicators for the specific selection were selected in types,while the upper machine,lower machine and the transceiver modules were selected in types.
