摘要
通过对偏心手轮正反拉伸的工艺性分析和工艺参数计算,从零件正反复合拉伸时的受力、应力及金属流动状态进行分析,设计并改进了正反拉伸复合模的结构,改进了模具的圆角半径和间隙,采取了针对性的工艺措施,使用了多种拉伸润滑剂进行试验,选用了运行速度平稳的油压机作为生产设备,保证了零件的工艺尺寸要求,消除了料厚变薄、裂纹和零件拉伤等缺陷,为今后偏心正反拉伸件的生产积累了宝贵经验。
Based on the craft analysis and parameter calculation of eccentric hand wheel pros and cons tension,investiga-tion of stretching under pros and cons tension and the status of metal flow has been discussed,the designing and improving principle of the composite mold,in which the corner radius and die clearance were updated,related measure and various lu-bricant were applied,further on the oil press featuring with stable performance also got employed.As a result,the products achieved can full meet the dimensional requirement.In addition to that,the defects of changing in thickness,cracking and tension damage have been eliminated.It accumulated valuable experience for future case.
